Your Body Is Not the Problem
I spent the early part of my career in a male-dominated industry, fighting for credibility in rooms that weren't always designed to include me. I fought for my seat at the table, for my ideas to be taken seriously, for my work to speak louder than assumptions about who I was or wasn't.
Why My Best Ideas Happen at the Gym
There's a pattern I've noticed over the years: I'll walk into a workout with a design problem rattling around in my head, and somewhere between the warm-up and the cooldown, something clicks. A name. A direction. A solution I'd been circling for days.
