Sorry for the lack of posts.

Sorry followers for the lack of posts lately. I recently purchased FarCry3 and have been enjoying that.

Most interestingly, that game has some fairly familiar elements that remind me of Assassin’s Creed. I know, same developer, borrows from their own repertoire. Just makes sense… (Nor recreating the wheel as it were.)

Such as unlocking the map by climbing a radio tower. It does this grand swoop highlighting locales around this radio tower. Very similarly to a viewpoint sync.

There are great differences though: it’s a FPS, set in modern time through the game, limited use of magical elements, you will die if falling a great distance. Things like that.

All in all, I’m really liking this offering from Ubisoft. It makes me even more excited for AC: Black Flag due to the development team utilizing folks from the FarCry dev teams.
